Shipping Details:

  1. Shipments can be made only to Canada and United States at this time.  
  2. Shipping costs US$15 and takes approximately 3 business days.  

 

Shipping Lead Time:

  1. Orders should be received within 3 business days from the date the order was shipped out.
  2. Customer will receive a confirmation email when order has been processed.
  3. Customer will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number, when order has been shipped out.

Return Policy:

  1. If Product package received has been opened and no manufacturing defect is applicable, the customer owns the Product (any applicable Hardware and Software) and iWatchLife will not accept any returns.
  2. If a manufacturing defect occurs or is observed within life of manufacturing warranty (1 Year), returns may be accepted upon further internal testing.  For procedures on making any returns, please consult Returns Procedure.
  3. After internal testing has been conducted and if Product is deemed defective by iWatchLife, iWatchLife will exchange the defective Product with a new Product.
  4. If Product is new (package has not been opened), iWatchLife will accept the return.  For procedures on making any returns, please consult Returns Procedure. Upon receiving the returned product, iWatchlife will promptly credit customer’s account.   Please note: iWatchLife will refund returned material(s) only if the Product is new (package has not been opened).
  5. Any shipping charges, custom charges, import duties and taxes incurred during return will be at the expense of the customer.
  6. Any shipping charges, custom charges, import duties and taxes incurred by iWatchLife during re-sending repaired, original or new Product will be charged to customer’s credit card.
  7. Should iWatchLife incur any additional charges by UPS or Purolator, including but not limited to address correction and return freight charges, iWatchLife will charge the amount to customer’s credit card.
  8. iWatchLife cannot cancel an order, once order has been shipped out.
  9. If customer decides to cancel the order, please contact the support team at the earliest convenience to determine if the Product has been shipped out.
  10. If the Product has been shipped out, customer will have to wait and make a return once Product has been received. Please note, package cannot be opened and customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, custom charges, import duties and taxes incurred during the return.
  11. Should you receive a Product that has been damaged in transit, iWatchLife advises customer not to accept the package as iWatchLife will not accept or be held liable for the damaged product and will not, as a result, make returns, exchanges or refunds.
  12. Any claims made, as a result of the Product damaged in transit, must be filed with the carrier.
  13. If order appears to be lost in transit, please notify iWatchLife’s support team. If required, iWatchLife will file a claim for the lost package with the package carrier (UPS, Purolator).  These claims can take upwards of 30 days.  During such a situation, iWatchLife will, per customer’s request, refund customer’s credit card or re-send a new Product at iWatchLife’s expense.

 

Returns Procedure:

  1. Please consult Installation guide and warranty information to verify that Product is within warranty (1 Year manufacturing warranty) and to ensure that defect is considered a manufacturing defect.

  3. If email is sent, please specify a phone number and preferred contact time within the email.
  4. The support team will ask customer questions about defective Product(s) and, if they deem that Product has a manufacturing defect, they may ask customer to ship product(s) back to iWatchLife. If so, the support team will provide customer with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  5. All merchandise must meet the following  conditions:
    1. Return in original package
    2. All Hardware (including any documents that was included part of the original package) must be included.
    3. Return should be made within a 30 day time frame after RMA has been issued.
    4. RMA number must be clearly specified on the box.
    5. Copy of emailed invoice.
    6. Any returned product should be shipped to:

    7. Any shipping charges, custom charges, import duties and taxes incurred during return will be at the expense of the customer.

    9. If Product is determined defective after conducting internal testing, iWatchLife will replace the defective Product with a new Product.
